ICELAND — the most inspiring place I have ever been.
If you're looking for a destination for a *truly* adventurous wedding or elopement, Iceland is it. I've had the opportunity to explore some of the wild landscapes in this country and was utterly blown away by the vastness and sheer beauty.
I have even been lucky enough to photograph a few unforgettable elopements. Iceland has quickly become of of my favourite places in the world.
WHERE IS ICELAND?
The island of Iceland lies in the middle of the North-Atlantic ocean. If you're flying in from North America, it's roughly an 8-9 hour flight from the west coast and 5 hour flight from the east coast.

There is also the option to rent a 4x4 to explore the F-roads in Iceland which take you to more off-the-grid, hidden gem type locations.

Iceland. It can be rainy, cloudy, windy yet still stunning and beautiful beyond belief. Because of the unpredictable weather in Iceland, flexibility when planning a wedding or elopement is a must. For this reason, I offer custom packages—this includes three to four days blocked off for your wedding with a weather check to see what day will be best once we arrive. This will give us the flexibility to change dates or timing if necessary!
